Works in Progress - in situ Creative Incubator

We have teamed up with @threespacetokyo to organize this experimental project designed to bring artists together to create new networks, new knowledge, and new possibilities. Art Byte Critique and Three Space Tokyo will act as facilitators, but it will be the collective energy, creativity, and openness that will be the moving force of this project. This is an opportunity to step into an unmapped creative journey to move studio practices forward.

We are currently working with our first cohort of artists and started meeting in July and will wrap up in December with an Creative Incubator Open Studio at Three Space Tokyo.

We have exciting news to add to that!

Works in Progress - in situ is part of Three Space Tokyo’s January - June 2027 Open Call.

Three Space Tokyo invites proposals for solo and group exhibitions taking place from January to June 2027.

We are especially interested in works that respond to our unique space, are process- or research-based, or exist between cultures and disciplines.

Applicants may also choose to be considered separately for Works in Progress – in situ, a five-month creative incubator running from February to June.
